  1、将南瓜去掉皮,在蒸鍋蒸熟;

  2、南瓜用勺子壓成泥,加糯米粉,煉乳和白糖,攪拌揉成面團;

  3、将面團分成小劑子;

  4、把小劑子放在蒸籠上,過上汽後大概二十分鐘蒸熟;

  5.揭蓋該稍微涼一下,因為剛蒸熟很燙;

  6、把豆沙餡搓成和小面劑子等分的小圓球;

  7、雙手抹植物油取一塊南瓜劑子,用手按扁成圓餅狀;

  8、餅中心放上一個豆沙餡圓團;

  9、用虎口處将面團把豆沙餡包住;

  10、收口朝下,再次用手掌按一下成餅狀,撒黑芝麻,稍微摁一下使芝麻固定;

  11、餅铛刷油,熱後放入南瓜餅胚,煎至兩面有火花就可以了。
