  1、首先排骨洗淨,剁小塊,泡去血水,加生抽,糖,鹽,玉米澱粉腌20分鐘。

  2、然後再油爆紅蔥頭和蒜,下排骨。

  3、最後再小火慢煎,鍋邊淋一圈玫瑰露酒,繼續蓋蓋小火焖,加青紅椒再大火稍焖一會收汁即可。
