  1、将洗淨的帶魚去頭和尾并切成塊,春筍,紅辣椒和香菜切好,姜,醬油和鹽放入碗中攪拌均勻。

  2、将切好的帶魚塊擺在盤中,放上切好的春筍,紅辣椒,蔥,姜,倒入料酒。

  3、撒上白糖,澆上醬油汁,然後放入鍋中大火蒸12分鐘。出鍋後放上香菜段,這樣清蒸帶魚就可以了。
