  1、材料:幹筍150克、肉250克、甜椒1個、青椒2根、豆瓣少許、花椒8粒、老抽。

  2、五花肉洗淨放入鍋中煮熟,撈出切成薄片,幹筍用開水泡軟,清洗幹淨,瀝幹水分。甜椒切方形,青椒切粗條。

  3、熱油鍋放入肉快速翻炒,放豆瓣、花椒、老抽少許,炒香後放入雙椒和筍子翻炒,起鍋時放味精即可。
