汕尾年糕的做法和配方

  1、用料:油、肉、鱿魚幹若幹事先剪好、蝦幹若幹請事先剪好、香蒜苗若幹、包菜半個、鹽少許、蚝油少許。

  2、做法:洗幹淨水糍粑;

  3、豬肉切碎,其他材料都切碎準備好;

  4、不粘鍋放油,把糍粑放進去鍋裡;

  5、煎成這樣差不多了,另起一個鍋炒菜;

  6、放油,先下瘦肉爆香,再把蝦仁和鱿魚放進去一起爆香;

  7、把蒜苗放進去炒香;

  8、放進去包菜,炒熟就好;

  9、把菜放上去水糍粑上面,用鏟切糍粑夾菜吃。
