  1、新鮮雞肉洗淨,瀝幹水份,切塊。

  2、鍋内下油,燒熱油下雞肉爆炒,翻炒片刻後放入八角、姜、幹辣椒、蒜頭同炒。

  3、放料酒,炒至雞肉表面焦黃,放醬油,再炒片刻,倒清水沒過雞肉。

  4、悶煮25一30分鐘左右,鍋内還有少許水時,加入青椒,青芹,滴幾滴香油。

  5、收汁後裝盤,一盤香噴噴的雞肉出爐。
