  1、魚肚150克,胡蘿蔔100克,料酒、姜、蔥、鹽、味精、胡椒粉、香油各适量。

  2、魚肚發透,切成片。胡蘿 蔔洗淨,切成與魚肚同樣大小的片。姜切片,蔥切段。

  3、将魚肚、胡蘿蔔、料酒、姜、蔥同放炖鍋内,加水800毫升,武火燒沸,再用火炖煮35分鐘,加入鹽、味精、胡椒粉、香油調味即成。
