  1、材料:枸杞葉、豬肝50克,豬瘦肉50克,醬油、鹽适量。

  2、豬肝洗淨,切片;豬瘦肉洗淨,切片,用醬油、鹽腌10分鐘;枸杞葉洗淨;枸杞洗淨。

  3、把枸杞葉放入鍋内,加清水适量,文火煲至枸杞葉出味,撈起不要。放入枸杞煮沸後,再投入豬肝、豬瘦肉煮至熟,調味食用。
