  1、材料:赤靈芝30克、淮山20克、杞子10克、桂元肉15克、陳皮1/4個、去核紅棗數粒、羅漢果1/4個、雞1隻。

  2、雞去皮洗淨,出水,備用。

  3、陳皮浸軟去果瓤。

  4、鍋中放适量的水,水滾後放入雞及放入其它材料,煲1小時45分鐘,放入桂元肉煲十五分鐘,即可調味出鍋。
