花膠湯怎麼煲

  1、食材:花膠、清遠雞、當歸、枸杞、姜、蔥、花雕、鹽。将花膠提前一個晚上用冷水浸泡;

  2、第二天下午,煲湯前先用姜、蔥同煮15分鐘;

  3、煮過後的花膠要剪刀剪段;

  4、雞肉同樣下鍋飛水。水開後5分鐘撈出;

  5、然後将所有原料:雞、花膠、當歸、枸杞、花雕、姜放入燒開水的燒鍋中;

  6、中火煮開後轉小火,煲4個小時後加鹽,繼續煲15分鐘即可。
