  2、雞爪子去骨頭需要先把雞爪焯水,然後在鍋中焖煮至油潤飽滿的狀态後撈出,涼透後就可以用手捏住雞爪骨頭最前端,由雞爪尖向雞爪掌心的方向用力往前推,把雞骨取出,或者在小腿骨部分劃一刀拆骨。
