  1、牛尾洗淨,焯水備用。

  2、砂鍋加水,放入牛尾、洋蔥、蔥、姜、八角,大火煮開轉小火。煮至兩小時将洋蔥等撈出,隻剩牛尾。

  3、再小火慢煮三小時,牛尾湯做好了。

  4、取部分湯,放入白菜、面條,适當加鹽、醬油調味,出鍋後也可加胡椒粉。
