  1、材料:排骨,海帶,姜,大醬,料酒,黃酒,雞精,麻油。

  2、海帶泡發,豆腐切塊,土豆去皮切塊。

  3、排骨剁塊,下沸水,加姜和料酒煮40分鐘後撈出。

  4、鍋内放兩大碗水煮開,放入排骨及海帶,加3勺大醬、黃酒、适量雞精,加蓋再次煮至排骨熟透,最後放蔥段及麻油即可。
