  1、首先泡糯米,大概兩三個小時,用手能輕輕撚碎即可。

  2、瀝幹水分再用清水沖洗幹淨

  3、蒸,蒸好後等它冷卻至30度左右(用手摸不燙手)

  4、用缸裝好

  5、用涼開水拌酒粉

  6、把酒粉連水一起跟米混均勻,用手拌反複好幾遍,總之一定要均勻

  7、最後把它裝起來,壓緊,再把中間挖個洞,深點(出酒了那裡才能看到)
