辣椒炒牛肉絲的制作方法

  1、主料:辣椒6個、牛肉絲150g、花椒3g、子姜2g、蒜5g。

  2、調料:油1大匙、蚝油1大匙、酒1大匙、醬油1大匙、生粉1小匙、胡椒少量。

  3、辣椒去籽切成絲備用;

  4、牛肉橫紋切絲,牛肉絲拌上所有調料,腌味10分鐘;

  5、鍋中放入油,加熱後倒入牛肉炒至變色,再加入青椒絲、蚝油炒勻即可。
