  1、豆腐卷(素鴨脖子)1盒、玉米筍6根、食鹽1克、蔥少許、姜少許、料酒半湯匙、生抽1湯匙、白糖1克、橄榄油1湯匙、水100毫升。

  2、做法:将素鴨脖子(豆制品)改刀,切塊,玉米筍也切成段待用。

  3、鍋中放清水燒開,放素鴨脖子(豆制品)、蔥姜米、料酒,稍煮一會兒。

  4、繼續放玉米筍和白糖、鹽、生抽煮至湯汁濃稠。

  5、出鍋前放少許橄榄油,收幹湯汁即可。
