  雞茸黃瓜盅含有豐富的營養,其做法如下:

  主料:黃瓜、雞脯肉、豬肉。

  配料:鹽、味精、黃酒、雞蛋、火腿、澱粉、麻油。

  步驟:

  1、将新鮮黃瓜洗淨,削去兩頭,切成5厘米長的段;

  2、用小刀從黃瓜段的腰部戳一圈,分開為2個鋸齒形邊的黃瓜盅,再挖出瓜瓤;

  3、将雞脯肉,豬肥膘肉,分别剁成茸,同放碗内;

  4、加入精鹽、味精、黃酒、雞蛋清,然後一起拌和成肉餡,擠成小圓子,分别釀入黃瓜盅内;

  5、火腿切成末,撒在黃瓜盅
