蘿蔔炖羊排

  1、主料:羊排500克。

  輔料:白蘿蔔200克。

  調料:姜15克、大蔥15克、料酒20克、胡椒粉2克、鹽10克、味精2克。羊扡排洗淨改成長4.5厘米的塊,用清水泡淨血水;

  2、蘿蔔去皮洗淨改成長4厘米、寬1.5厘米、厚1厘米的條型待用;

  3、鍋洗淨置旺火上,摻入清水倒入排骨,燒沸後打去浮沫;

  4、下姜、蔥、料酒、胡椒粉再移至小火上炖至七成熟;

  5、下蘿蔔,用小火燒至軟透;

  6、下鹽、味精,揀去姜、蔥,起鍋裝入盛器即成。
