  1、主料:雞蛋2個,水200毫升。輔料:芝麻油1小勺,鹽适量。

  2、雞蛋打散;加入麻油和食鹽,繼續攪勻;

  3、冷水上鍋蒸(開水也可以,這個無所謂的!我是冷熱水随機的,都OK);

  4、水開之後七八分鐘即可,量多可以再加幾分鐘;出鍋。
