  1、美食原料:鮮嫩蓮藕3000克,白糖800克,松開300克,鹽300克,生姜10克,八角6克。

  2、将蓮藕洗淨泥土去皮,切片,用鹽腌1小時,壓幹水分。3、将其它調料放入沸水鍋中(加水2000克)熬約5分鐘,晾涼後,同蓮藕一起倒壇中,約4-5天後即可食用。
