  1、炸老豆腐好吃。步驟:将老豆腐切成小方塊、蔥白和蔥葉分别切碎、小米椒切圈、蒜切成片待用。冷鍋熱油加入豆腐塊,炸至兩面金黃後撈出裝盤待用,鍋底留一些油。

  2、加入蔥白和蒜片爆香,然後加入小米椒增加辣味,再将炸過的豆腐放入,略微翻炒後加入适量的清水。大火将水燒開後加入老抽、生抽、鹽、白糖和雞精,大火收汁,盛處裝盤,撒上蔥花。
