電飯煲煮臘肉糯米飯竅門

  1、原料:糯米、豌豆仁、胡蘿蔔、臘腸、生抽。

  2、做法步驟:胡蘿蔔去皮,切丁。豌豆仁洗淨待用。臘腸切丁。糯米洗淨,清水浸泡一晚上。把浸泡好的糯米放入電飯煲内膽,鋪平,倒入少許清水(剛剛沒過糯米),再放入所有材料,鋪均勻。把内膽放入電飯煲中,用“标準煮” 功能蒸煮。等煮好後斷電,淋入生抽。攪拌均勻即可。
