  1、食材:火鍋底料25克,老湯500克,米酒20克,白糖25克,味精5克,生抽100克,花椒25克,幹辣椒50克,麻油少許。陳皮、八角、桂皮、草果、丁香等各少許,姜5片,蒜6瓣,牛油250克。

  2、将牛油放入鍋中燒熱,投入花椒15克、幹辣椒25克、姜、蒜爆香,然後放入火鍋底料炒香,倒入米酒略炒。

  3、将其餘材料同老湯放入镬中煲滾,再煮上自己喜歡的食物用火鍋味碟佐食。
