  1、材料:茄子5個,豬肉70克,醬油10克。

  2、茄子洗淨切成4份,浸泡在水中去除異味,撈出瀝水。

  3、将油鍋燒至八成熱時,放人茄子,炒去水分備用。

  4、豬肉切成絲澆上醬油澱粉,大蒜搗泥,将鍋燒熱放人大蒜炒至滲出香味,放人豬肉、蔥、茄子等翻炒至熟,加少許醋和味精,即可出鍋。
