  1、牛腩300克,土豆250克,蔥段5克,姜塊5克,咖啡粉25克, 精鹽5克、味精2克、醬油25克、料酒5克。

  2、将牛腩切成塊、放入開水中焯一下撈出,土豆冼淨去皮、切成三角塊;

  3、鍋内加水,放入牛肉、料酒、蔥、姜燒開,用慢火炖至半熟,撇去浮末,再放入土豆塊同炖;

  4、待快熟時,加精鹽、醬油、咖喱粉同炖,熟後加味精盛出,土豆炖牛腩即成。
