  1、原料:面粉(白面)250g、牛肉一小塊、醬油适量,老抽适量,鹽适量,油适量,花椒适量,蔥末适量,雞粉适量,糖适量,姜末适量。

  2、面粉用熱水和,揉好了蓋上保鮮膜醒發4個小時以上;

  3、牛肉餡加碎洋蔥用醬油,老抽,鹽,油,花椒,蔥末,雞粉,糖,姜末沿着一個方向攪拌均勻;

  4、醒好的面揉,使勁揉之後切劑子,擀皮,包餡,做餅;

  5、平底鍋放油,開煎,一邊煎完煎另一邊,幹鍋了之後加點水焖,整個過程要蓋鍋蓋。
