排骨海帶豆腐煲

  1、材料:幹海帶半片,豆腐一斤,排骨兩根,鹽少許,醋少許,雞精少許,胡椒粉少許,姜少許。

  2、幹海帶用涼水泡一上午,洗淨切片;豆腐切小塊,支一鍋水開後加少許鹽将海帶和豆腐焯半分鐘出鍋備用。

  3、排骨洗淨焯一遍,用水沖洗幹淨。

  4、沙鍋内做水,下排骨放幾片姜,滴幾滴醋,開後改小火煨四十分鐘。

  5、加入海帶和豆腐一起炖十分鐘,加入鹽,雞精,胡椒粉拌勻即可。
