  步驟:

  1、羊排肉洗淨,瀝幹血水切塊。蔥姜洗淨分别切段、片備用。

  2、羊排肉内放入料酒、姜片抓勻,淹漬半小時。白蘿蔔洗淨,去根須,切成塊。

  3、鍋内倒油燒至六成熱,放入蔥段煸香,放入腌漬好的羊排肉,大火翻炒過油。

  4、湯鍋内倒适量清水,大火燒開後放入羊肉,開鍋後撇去浮沫,放入姜,蒜,十幾顆花椒去腥,用小火焖煮2小時。

  5、放入蘿蔔繼續焖煮1小時,加鹽、味精,撒點蔥花即可。
