  1、把花甲放入水中,加入少許的鹽,放入冰袋養3小時左右;

  2、切好姜絲、蔥段,青椒去籽去小段;

  3、水中放入生姜燒開,加入适量料酒,下花甲大火煮2分鐘左右,煮到花甲全部張開;

  4、把花甲再清洗幾次,把沒肉的殼去掉,沖好後控水;

  5、熱油鍋下姜、蔥爆香,下花甲爆炒;

  6、調入少許料酒,加入1大勺海鮮醬,适量生抽和鹽;

  7、下青椒翻炒至青椒斷生即可。
