  1、牛肉切粗塊,放入滾水中燙去血水,撈起泡洗幹淨。

  2、沙糖兩大匙,油三大匙用小火熬成糖色醬,放入牛肉,然後改中火翻炒均勻,加豆辯醬,紅油同炒。

  3、将牛肉移入炖鍋,下高湯、鹽、老抽、姜、蒜、幹辣椒、花椒、八角、蔥段,燒開後轉小火炖煮兩小時,加味精調均即可。
