  1、準備材料:全蒜400g、臘腸100g、幹辣椒 個、豆豉1勺、油适量、鹽适量、醬油适量。

  2、将蒜洗淨切好、梗葉分開;

  3、熱鍋涼油、大火先爆炒蒜葉3分鐘後擱鹽、炒勻裝盤。

  4、鍋洗淨、冷鍋冷油、小火煸臘腸。

  5、臘腸煸炒至肥肉透明石放入豆豉、幹辣椒煸香。

  6、倒入大蒜梗大火煸炒,來點醬油炒勻。

  7、最後将大蒜鏟到蒜葉中間即可。
