  1、用料:

  姜3片、料酒2勺、生抽3勺、香油1勺、鹽10克、蚝油3勺、豆豉适量。

  2、做法:

  把食材以及調味料均勻撒好。

  攪拌均勻,放在保鮮盒裡,在冰箱冷藏一個小時。

  冷藏後再次攪拌,裝碗,上蒸鍋。

  蒸40分鐘出鍋即可。
