  1、跪跳起是指雙膝跪在地上,然後利用雙手向上擺動的慣性和小腿的力量使自己跳起來,訓練小腿的力量。

  2、跪跳起動作要領:從跪立開始,上體前傾,同時兩臂後擺,臀部後坐。兩臂迅速向前上擺,擺至前舉時立即制動,同時伸腰展髋,腳背與小腿用力下壓。身體向上騰起時,迅速提膝收腿成半蹲姿勢。
