炖冬瓜排骨湯能放橘子皮嗎

  炖冬瓜排骨湯不建議放鮮橘子皮,可以放陳皮調味。

  以“陳皮排骨”為例,做法如下:

  材料:新鮮排骨500克、陳皮50克、料酒一勺、生抽一勺、老抽兩勺、冰糖5塊、姜2片。

  步驟:

  1、排骨用冷水浸泡,浸去血水;

  2、排骨洗淨瀝幹水份;

  3、油鍋姜片爆香;

  4、下入排骨,翻炒至微黃;

  5、調入沒過排骨的料酒,生抽,老抽,冰糖和陳皮,大火煮開轉小火炖1個小時左右;

  6、排骨軟爛後調入鹽,并大火收汁。
