  1、材料:銀杏果适量、豆芽适量、辣椒适量、紅蘿蔔适量、三層肉适量、韭菜段适量。

  2、銀杏果泡軟後撈起待用。

  3、三層肉切條下鍋爆油、依次加入辣椒、紅蘿蔔、豆芽、韭菜段,炒熟後裝碗待用。

  4、銀杏果下鍋開炒,起鍋前再放入炒好的料,調味後即可。
