  1、原料:海帶(浸軟)19克、雪梨4個、番茄3個、無花果4個、蜜棗4個、瘦肉 188克、陳皮1小塊、鹽适量。

  2、海帶洗幹淨;雪梨洗幹淨,去核切塊;番茄洗幹淨,切塊去籽;無花果、蜜棗洗幹淨;瘦肉洗幹淨,氽燙後再沖洗幹淨;陳皮浸軟刮去瓤。

  3、煲滾适量水,下海帶、雪梨、番茄、無花果、蜜棗、瘦肉、陳皮。煲滾後改慢火煲2小時,下鹽調味即成。
