  醬油炒飯:

  1、食材準備:白米飯200克,雞蛋1個,香蔥少許,醬油3大匙,紹酒、白糖各1小匙,食用油1大匙,味精、胡椒粉各少許。

  2、制作步驟:

  (1)香蔥切蔥花,雞蛋達入碗中,攪成蛋液備用。

  (2)炒鍋上火燒熱,下油,用香蔥、紹酒炝鍋,下調味料醬油、白糖、味精、胡椒,再下入白米飯,炒拌均勻入味。

  (3)見白米飯變色,淋入雞蛋液,翻拌均勻至定漿,出鍋裝盤,醬油炒飯即成。
