  1、用料:大米170g,山藥450g,蝦仁300g,調料:食鹽适量,雞精适量。

  2、做法:

  (1)山藥去皮,切片,再劃十字切成四塊狀備用;

  (2)大米和小米洗淨入鍋,加适量的水煮至沸騰;

  (3)當米沸騰後加入山藥丁,改小火漫煮;

  (4)把蝦仁切成小段;

  (5)待粥煮至變黏稠時,加入蝦仁丁;

  (6)加入适量的枸杞子;

  (7)加入适量的鹽和雞精進行調味即可。
