  1、準備主料雞蛋,将雞蛋打成蛋液加少許油和鹽;然後準備醬汁,将生抽,糖,白醋,清水,生粉混合;

  2、開鍋,鍋小火預熱後确保沒有水之後下油,将蛋液倒入鍋中,慢火,蛋液凝固成蛋塊就可以盛起;

  3、蛋塊盛起後,繼續開鍋,将醬汁倒進鍋裡慢火煮,有一點稠就可以收火,将醬汁淋上蛋塊就完成啦!
