酸辣丸子湯的家常做法

  1、超市攪好的肉泥500克、面粉200克,雞蛋2枚、姜、蔥。

  2、蔥姜切末、雞蛋、面粉、鹽、味精、胡椒粉加入到肉泥裡。

  3、用力攪,攪的過程中要一點一點加水,讓肉吃飽水,這樣做出的丸子嫩。

  4、鍋裡水煮開後小火,用手擠出一個個肉丸入鍋,待丸子漂起時,加入鹽、味精、胡椒粉、醋、小油菜,出鍋!
