  1、食材:生蚝肉15隻、金針菇200g、粉絲1卷、自制蒜蓉辣椒汁。

  2、将生蚝肉,金針菇洗淨備用。

  3、鍋内燒開水放入龍口粉絲,水滾兩個開後将粉絲撈出,泡在涼水中備用。

  4、炒蒜汁:熱鍋涼油,将蒜末和小米椒末放入鍋中大火炒香,改小火,放入生抽和蚝油。繼續翻炒成蒜汁。

  5、将金針菇,粉絲和生蚝平鋪在烤盤的錫紙上,澆上蒜汁,再用錫紙将其密封。

  6、放入烤箱中層,上下火,200℃,20分鐘。
