  1、食材買的新鮮豆角,裡面放點鹽泡3個小時。

  2、瀝幹之後,放入容器加鹽,依照個人品味加,腌制一天。

  3、瀝幹腌制的鹽水,用水辣椒拌勻!辣椒依照自己口味。

  4、封套之後,用塑料袋把瓶口封好,然後瓶口加水封口,封必2天左右就可以吃了!
