  1、材料:竹筍若幹、适量、蒜适量、小米辣适量、涼白開适量。

  2、竹筍去殼切片,洗淨後焯水。

  3、撈出浸泡冷卻,晾涼後,将适量的鹽腌制。

  4、姜蒜拍爛,小米辣切段。

  5、在瓶中加入姜蒜、小米辣,竹筍,注入涼白開。密封保存,腌制三日即可。
