  1、羊肉洗淨、放入鍋中加水煮至八成熟後取出,切成塊。白菜切成小方塊,大蒜切成小段。

  2、炒鍋燒熱,倒入油,先放八角炒香後放入羊肉、白菜,然後加醬油、 料酒、糖、味精和白湯 250 克,焖酥後,先取出白菜作底,後将羊肉取出蓋在白菜上,鹵汁留在鍋中,加水澱粉勾芡,加大蒜、熟油少許,出鍋澆在肉上即好。
