  1、将鮮冬菇洗幹淨,用水擠幹水,然後把冬菇柄切出來。

  2、準備肉餡:将花肉洗淨,剁成肉末,加入泡軟的幹香菇,加入5g鹽剁成均勻的肉餡。

  3、将肉餡釀到冬菇上。

  4、将釀好的冬菇放入煎鍋先不加水中火煎5分鐘,撒入胡椒粉,再加入少許水小火煎至肉餡熟,加入少許老抽即可出鍋。
