  1、食材:花椒少量,泡椒适量,泡姜适量,食管500g,小蔥兩根,豆瓣醬一勺,食鹽适量,雞精适量。

  2、做法:倒入油,等油溫合适,加入少許食鹽,加入一勺豆瓣醬,加入花椒,泡椒,泡姜翻炒,炒出香味後,把事先洗淨切成小段的食管下鍋爆炒,加入适量白酒,翻炒幾次,将切成小段的小蔥下鍋,翻炒,加入雞精調味,起鍋!
