  1、将豬肉餡加入鹽、生抽、香油、油、雞精、五香粉拌勻,腌制10分鐘。

  2、香菇切末、蔥、姜切末。

  3、将香菇末、蔥、姜末倒入豬肉餡内,拌勻。

  4、和面一團,饧20分鐘。

  5、豆腐上鍋蒸15鐘,晾涼後,用小勺搗碎拌入肉餡内。

  6、面團揉好,切成劑子,擀皮,包成餃子,下鍋煮熟即可。
