  1、将蔥、洋蔥、大蒜、姜改刀備用

  2、待油溫熱,放入配料,爆香,後加入三黃雞開始煸炒

  3、炒至變色放入洋蔥,繼續翻炒,并加入适量的鹽和東古雞粉,最後放入鳳球唛鮑魚汁,提鮮

  4、加入适量的水,焖蒸15分鐘,大火收汁即可
