  1、菜花一顆、西紅柿2個、番茄沙司一大勺。

  2、菜花用手掰開小瓣,用淡鹽水泡個半個小時後撈出,西紅柿用熱水燙一下,去掉皮切塊;

  3、鍋中水燒開,加一勺鹽下菜花焯熟撈出,四分鐘左右就可以撈出待用了;

  4、炒鍋中少許底油燒熱,倒入西紅柿炒出水;用小火慢慢熬至西紅柿熟透呈醬,倒入一大勺番茄沙司炒勻;

  5、然後再下菜花翻炒至湯汁濃稠後,加入糖,鹽,胡椒粉炒勻即可。
