  1、首先處理豬腰,平刀一份為二,去掉腰騷,然後斜改交叉刀,切成大小合适的片狀,過冷水撈出備用,下姜片、蔥段、鹽、胡椒粉、料酒、米醋攪拌均勻。

  2、腌制15分鐘,在碗中下蔥段,蒜片,料酒,生抽,米醋,白胡椒粉,水澱粉,芝麻油,拌勻備用。

  3、處理配菜,熱鍋起油,下腰花快速過油,下配菜,碗料,翻炒,即可關火出鍋。
